If you need more time to evaluate CodeRabbit, you have a few options.

Option 1: Contact your CodeRabbit account manager.

If you have been working with a CodeRabbit account manager, you may contact them directly to request a trial extension. If you have not been working with a CodeRabbit account manager, please see the other options.

Option 2: Contact Support to request an extension.

Contact the CodeRabbit Support team to request an extension of your trial. Be sure to explain why you were not able to fully utilize your trial period. Include details about your evaluation timeline and specific needs.

Trial extensions are not automatic and are evaluated by CodeRabbit on a case-by-case basis. However, in many cases, we will grant a one-time, one-week trial extension for customers affiliated with a company or organization.

When you contact CodeRabbit Support to request a trial extension, please provide:

• Your company or organization name

• Reason for the extension request

• Desired extension duration

• The approximate number of developers in your organization

Option 3: Purchase a monthly Pro subscription.

Sign up for a monthly Pro subscription plan, which provides full access to all Pro features and can be canceled at any time. This gives you flexibility to continue your evaluation without time constraints.
