Where do I find my Support Code?

Context

The Support Code is used to validate a customer's current support tier, enabling the CodeRabbit Support team to provide the appropriate level of service in accordance with our SLA.

Answer

  1. Log in to the CodeRabbit UI

  2. Make sure the correct org is checked

  3. Your Support Code is found bottom left above your git handle

  4. Click on the copy icon and paste the info to the ticket
