Where do I find my Support Code?

Context

The Support Code is used to validate a customer's current support tier, enabling the CodeRabbit Support team to provide the appropriate level of service in accordance with our SLA.

Answer

  1. Log in to the CodeRabbit UI

  2. Make sure the correct org is checked

  4. Your Support Code will be displayed on this page
