  1. Email — For any CodeRabbit AI product-related issues or questions, contact us at support@coderabbit.ai or help@coderabbit.ai. Requests unrelated to product support may be missed or experience significant response delays.

  2. The CodeRabbit AI Help Center is accessible through the in-app wizard. Clicking the headset icon in the top-right corner of the CodeRabbit UI opens the wizard, where users can chat with our AI agent, report an issue, or submit a feature request. This is our recommended and most effective way to reach the support team.

  1. Enterprise customers can bypass all of the above and reach support directly through our shared Slack channels. Not every Slack conversation becomes a ticket. To convert a Slack thread into a ticket, participants can either add the ticket emoji to the thread or tag @CodeRabbit AI team.

  2. Discord Community — Our CodeRabbit Discord community is primarily designed for open-source users to share experiences and help one another with product-related questions. Our AI agent, AI Bunny, can also assist with product questions and help route users to a support representative when needed.
