Sunset of Lite and Pro Legacy subscription plans

Overview
On June 8, 2026, CodeRabbit retired the Lite and Pro Legacy subscription plans. Customers on those plans have been upgraded to CodeRabbit's Pro subscription plan, at no additional cost through the end of their subscription term.
We are offering promotional pricing to former Pro Legacy and Lite subscription plan customers to assist with this transition. Customers can access all previous features and can evaluate Pro Plan capabilities within the promotional details noted below.

Promotional pricing update
Firstly, terms associated with existing monthly or annual plans will be fully honored until the end of their respective terms. The promotional pricing detailed below has been automatically applied to your company's account as you evaluate whether CodeRabbit's Pro subscription plan, at its standard pricing, is right for your company.
Monthly plans
Following your upcoming monthly renewal date, pricing will remain at previous levels for three consecutive billing cycles and a discount will automatically apply upon renewal.
For example, if your company was upgraded to Pro on June 9, but your monthly billing date is June 30, you'll pay the price associated with your previous plan for three consecutive billing cycles (July 30, August 30, September 30). Typically, this results in an aggregate $36 discount per seat* after three successive monthly renewals.
On October 30, your company's plan will be associated with normal Pro subscription plan pricing.
Annual plans
Following your upcoming annual renewal date, pricing will remain at previous levels for three of twelve months at previous levels and a discount will automatically apply upon your renewal.
For example, if your upcoming annual renewal date is December 1, 2026, you'll automatically receive a prorated discount of three months at the price associated with your previous plan and nine months at the new Pro subscription plan price. Typically, this results in a $36 discount per seat* at your next renewal.
On December 1, 2027, your company's subscription will be associated with normal Pro Plan pricing.
* Note: Promotional pricing applies to the amount of seats secured as part of the sunset transition, meaning if additional users are added, those seats are associated with normal Pro subscription plan pricing.
