Sunset of Lite and Pro Legacy subscription plans

Overview

On June 8, 2026, CodeRabbit retired the Lite and Pro Legacy subscription plans. Customers on those plans have been upgraded to CodeRabbit's Pro subscription plan, at no additional cost through the end of their subscription term.

We are offering promotional pricing to former Pro Legacy and Lite subscription plan customers to assist with this transition. Customers can access all previous features and can evaluate Pro Plan capabilities within the promotional details noted below.

Promotional pricing update

First, the terms associated with existing monthly or annual plans will be fully honored through the end of their respective terms. The promotional pricing detailed below has been automatically applied to the company’s account to provide additional time to evaluate whether CodeRabbit’s Pro subscription plan, at its standard pricing, is the right fit.

Monthly plans

Following the upcoming monthly renewal date, pricing will remain at previous levels for three consecutive billing cycles and a discount will automatically apply upon renewal.

For example, if a company was upgraded to Pro on June 9, but the monthly billing date is June 27, the previous plan price will apply for three consecutive billing cycles: June 27, July 27, and August 27. Typically, this results in an aggregate discount of $36 per seat* after three successive monthly renewals.

Beginning September 27, the company’s subscription will be billed at the standard Pro plan price.

Annual plans

Following the upcoming annual renewal date, pricing will remain at previous levels for three of twelve months at previous levels and a discount will automatically apply upon renewal.

For example, if an upcoming annual renewal date is December 1, 2026, the renewal will automatically include a prorated discount consisting of three months at the previous plan price and nine months at the new Pro subscription plan price. Typically, this results in a $36 discount per seat* at the next renewal.

Beginning December 1, 2027, the subscription will renew at the standard Pro plan price.

Note that promotional pricing applies to the amount of seats secured as part of the sunset transition, meaning if additional users are added, those seats are associated with normal Pro subscription plan pricing.

Downgrading to CodeRabbit's Free subscription plan

While CodeRabbit hopes customers will give the Pro subscription plan a chance, downgrading to the Free subscription plan is available at any time. An admin or billing administrator can navigate to Subscription and Billing and click Cancel subscription.
